According to the programme of the festival, 6 general debates, around 120 evening lectures and 250 demonstrations, workshops, excursions, contests, shows etc will take place in the city of Warsaw during the two weekends.
For school pupils and students more then 400 different "classes" are offered. About 150 different scientific institutions and university departments, and 1000 scientists are involved in organization. During the festival a large Project "Science for the People", part of the European"Researchers in Europe - 2005 Initiative" will be presented.
All activities are free for the public. The main sponsor for the Festival is the Ministry of Science and Information Society Technologies.
