IDF Seventh International Symposium on Sheep, Goat and other non-Cow Milk

The overall objective of the symposium is to provide a renewed vision of knowledge on husbandry and milk production, technology, chemistry, physics, microbiology and nutrition, and to highlight the significance of markets and appropriate policies as they have evolved since 2011. The event is addressed to scientists and other professionals involved in the sheep's, goat's and other non-cow's dairy sectors including milk producers, dairy processing industry, trade associations, academia, research institutes, and governments.

Early registration fees (available until 10 February 2015) range from EUR 220 to EUR 440.
