Innovation shop window to be unveiled in Lyon

The European Commission under the forthcoming French presidency is organising a forum on innovative enterprises in Lyon on 20 and 21 November.
The organisers hope that this can act as the 'shop window' for innovation in Europe. It will also allow for young entrepreneurs to give their feedback on the policies, be they local national or European-wide, which are to be put in place to help Europe achieve a knowledge and innovation-based society.
Prizes of excellence will also be awarded to the most innovative 15 economic zones in Europe which have fulfilled the criteria of excellence defined by the Commission.
The event is directed towards all those connected with innovation, both on the business side and on the research side.
