The objective of the event will be to offer European enterprises the opportunity to meet and discuss the possibility of a technology transfer agreement or cooperation in the area of innovation.

The main topics of the brokerage event will be:

- Food technology: ingredients; equipment; food processing; laboratory equipment.
- Bakery: dough improvers; flavour technology.
- Confectionery and ice-cream: sweeteners; functional ingredients; rheology; technology.
