An international meeting to examine the future of food preservation, entitled 'The food industry: preservation for tomorrow', will take place on 20 November in Bordeaux, France.

The event will bring together scientific experts and academic specialists who will discuss the progress of innovative non thermal technologies for decontamination, such as pulsed light, pulsed electric fields and high pressure.
