Conference on fracture mechanics, Poland

The tenth conference on research in the field of fracture mechanics, which for the first time will be opened up to participants from outside Poland, will take place from 11 to 14 September in Wisla.

Topics for discussion at the event will centre on problems of classical fracture mechanics, such as:
- experimental methods of fracture mechanics;
- methods of analytical and numerical calculations;
- influence of microstructure on fracture;
- dynamic problems in fracture mechanics;
