The fourth international workshop on water in food, EURO FOOD'S WATER 2006, will take place in Brussels, Belgium, on 27 and 28 March.

Organised by the Institute for Reference Materials and Measurements (IRMM) of the Joint Research Centre (JRC), the workshop will cover progress in the fields of water and food quality, water and food control, water and food stability as well as water and food authenticity; water determination, water sorption isotherms and water activity.

The workshop programme will include invited lectures, short communications, a poster session and five minute poster presentations.For further information, please visit:
