International workshop on water in food
Organised by the Institute for Reference Materials and Measurements (IRMM) of the Joint Research Centre (JRC), the workshop will cover progress in the fields of water and food quality, water and food control, water and food stability as well as water and food authenticity; water determination, water sorption isotherms and water activity.
