SEAFOODplus conference, Spain

The EU-funded SEAFOODplus project will hold its fourth open conference in Bilbao, Spain on 4 to 8 June.

At the event, the latest results from the SEAFOODplus project will be presented. Topics on the agenda include:

- nutrition, gastronomy and consumer research in seafood;
- seafood from aquaculture and the need for traceability;
- seafood safety and controlling microbial risks;
- sustainable and ethical aquaculture production
