A workshop on the use of ozone in the food industry will take place in Bremerhaven, Germany, on 7 November. The event is organised within the framework of the OZONECIP project, funded under the EU's Life programme.

The programme includes presentations on: the development of an ozone-based Cleaning In Place (CIP) technology; a cost analysis of replacing ozone as a disinfectant in CIP processes; EU regulations on the replacement of ozone in the food industry; and the use of ozone in different sectors of the food and drinks industry.For further information, please visit:
