The EU-funded FINESS project is organising a conference on 'Financial systems, efficiency and stimulation of sustainable growth' on 5 and 6 March in Berlin, Germany.
The conference will tackle such issues as recent trends in financial market integration, institutional dynamics and the macroeconomic environment. Participants will discuss the design of economic policy in the environment of integrated financial markets, the relationship between the variety of banking systems and economic performance, and elaborate on the behaviour of different financial institutions and market participants.
The conference brings together a number of renowned European financial economists, as well as representatives of international institutions such as the European Central Bank and the European Commission.For further information, please click:
