The 13th International Forum on Advanced Microsystems for Automotive Applications (AMAA) will be held on 5 and 6 May in Berlin, Germany, under the title 'Smart systems for safety, sustainability and comfort'.
During the two-day scientific and technical conference, the latest information and communication (ICT) based solutions and microsystems technologies for improving safety, reducing emissions and enhancing energy efficiency in the automobile industry will be presented.
In 2009, a major focus will be on technologies enabling environmentally-friendly automobile transport, particularly electric vehicles.
The EU-funded research projects INTERSAFE-2, EE-VERT and E3CAR will introduce their activities and results. The event is organised by the Enterprise Europe Network for Berlin- Brandenburg.For further information, please visit:
