The Second International Conference on Exploring Services Science will be held from 16 to 18 February 2011 in Geneva, Switzerland.

Services science is an interdisciplinary approach to the study, design, and implementation of services systems. These are complex organizations which specific arrangements of people and technologies take actions that provide value for others.

The goal of the event will be to build upon on the growing interest in the field, and to further study and understand this emerging discipline. Academics, researchers and practitioners of all disciplines will be among those attending. The conference will have a special structure, and is organised around sessions with contributions from different disciplines working on overlapping topics.
