The Tenth International Workshop on Declarative Agent Languages and Technologies will take place from 5 to 6 June 2012 in Valencia, Spain.
Distributed systems often include highly autonomous components, working in open, dynamic, and unpredictable environments. Developing and operating such systems calls for models and technologies that ensure predictability and allow for the verification of critical properties, while still maintaining flexibility.
The design of technologies that can satisfy these requirements, poses a significant challenge. Declarative approaches have the potential to offer a solution and have gained attention in important application areas.
