A conference entitled 'Simulation for European space programmes ESA/ESTEC' will take place from 25 to 27 September 2012 in Noordwijk, The Netherlands.
The event will cover the design, assembly, integration and test facilities in phase A, B, C and D of the Space Segment. This includes system concept simulators, mission performance simulators, functional engineering simulators, software verification facilities, integration and test benches and associated electrical ground support equipment. In order to make full use of innovation potential, it is important to work on commonality between these facilities in the area of modelling, simulation and databases as well as methods and tools.
The event will be a meeting place for both software developers and users in order to share valuable information on the progress on methodologies and tools and also on practices to meet project objectives.
