A conference on "International developments in process efficiency and quality in the meat industry" will be held in Dublin, Ireland, on 16-17 November 1995. The event is being organized by the Irish National Food Centre in collaboration with DG XII of the European Commission.

Recent international developments in meat processing efficiency and quality will be presented and future trends highlighted. The conference is aimed at European industrialists and researchers including:
