MILIA'96 will take place in Cannes, France, from 9 to 12 February 1996. MILIA is a major international event for the multimedia industry, focusing on content development, online opportunities and marketing. This year's event, organized by Reed Midem, is expected to bring together over 9000 key professionals and decision-makers from around the world.

The MILIA conference programme will include a mix of general sessions, simulations, round tables, and keynote speeches covering a wide range of cutting-edge issues. The event will also include an extensive exhibition, a one-hour show - "International Multimedia Talent Revue" - presenting the work of various artists in the multimedia sector, and the MILIA New Talent Pavilion which will provide a venue for student multimedia creators and producers to demonstrate their potential to established professionals.

There will also be the annual MILIA D'OR Awards Ceremony at which prizes will be awarded to outstanding multimedia works published by MILIA participants during 1995.

The Community's MEDIA programme will be presented at this event.
