European opportunities in microelectronics - IEE Workshop

The UK Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEE) is organizing a workshop on microelectronics which will examine the opportunities offered in this area by the Community's specific RTD programme in the field of information technologies (ESPRIT). The workshop will take place in London, UK, on 8 October 1996.
With particular reference to the ESPRIT call for proposals due to be launched in September 1996, the workshop will outline the opportunities available for funding from ESPRIT and provide advice for the application process. One session at the workshop will address the needs of first-time applicants for European funding.
