The European Commission, DGXI, is inviting tenders to study the future organisation of air-quality policy analysis and the potential for increased integration of air issues. The tasks of the contractor will include: - An initial evaluation of the feasibility of a possible clean air for Europe' programme; - Analysis of key issues (including scope, methodology and organisation and time-tabling of a programme) with recommendations; - Preparation of a possible draft programme.
