Evaluation of the TEN-Telecom action - prior information
A call for tenders for services for the evaluation of the European Commission's TEN-Telecom action will shortly be published. This will cover the intermediate evaluation of the TEN-Telecom action. The specific issues to be evaluated include the relevance of the action's objectives, priorities and implementing measures, and the effectiveness and impact, organisational efficiency and cost effectiveness, utility and sustainability, and intervention logic of the TEN-Telecom action. An in-depth up-to-date knowledge or expertise in leading-edge evaluation techniques and substantial experience in the evaluation of expenditure programmes will be required.
