The Telematics for Libraries Web service is now available on-line from CORDIS at: URL: http://cordis.europa.eu/libraries/ The site provides core information on the work carried out by the European Commission in the Libraries field under the Third and Fourth RTD Framework Programmes (Telematics for Libraries) from 1990 to 1998. It supercedes the information previously held at http://www.echo.lu/libraries/en/libraries.html and users are advised to update their bookmarks with immediate effect. While this Web service was previously very active, it is now static except for updates to the on-going project synopses. Some sections have been edited in order to provide an overview of the work carried out and sections which contained only links have been deleted, as these pages will no longer be updated.
