The 'ordinary' citizens of European Union are being invited to share their opinions on the issue of their rights in the new Information Society. The information received will be considered in the drafting of a charter covering both consumers and citizens in the new age. A multi-functional website has been established to draw in the information, and can be found at: http://www.eurvoice.org. The site will encourage dialogue between citizens and 'experts' who have selected interests in the Information Society Those entering the site will be invited to express their opinions on a range of relevant issues, or join a discussion online moderated by Dr Stephen Coleman of the London School of Economics.
