The EUREKA project COSINE, partially funded by the CEC, aims to establish a pan-European OSI standards-conforming computer communications infrastructure for R&D workers. Sub-projects and services which have yet to be the subject of invitations to tender are listed in Official Journal No C 87 of 4.4.1991 p. 9.
