The projects selected are: - ARISE - Automatic Railway Information Systems for Europe; - DIET - Diagnostic and Evaluation Tools for Natural Language Applications; - DOCSTEP - Product Document Creation and Management using STEP; - EAGLES - Expert Advisory Group on Language Engineering Standards; - EUROMAP - European Opportunity Mapping; - MULINEX - Multilingual Indexing, Navigation and Editing Extensions for the World Wide Web; - MULTIDOC - Multilingual Document Processing; - POP-EYE - A Multilingual Continuous Video Disclosing Tool, based on Subtitle Indexing and Partial Translation; - SCARRIE - Scandinavian Proof Reading Tools; - SPEAK - Supported Prototype Easy-access Authoring Keys; - TAMIC-P - Transparent Access to Multiple Information for the Citizen - Pensions. Further short-listed projects remain under negotiation.
