The Commission invites proposals for research and technological development projects and accompanying measures in the context of the specific programme in the field of human capital and mobility (1990-1994). Scientists and organizations eligible to participate are invited to submit proposals in areas including: - Community system of research training fellowships: Proposals are sought from organizations wishing to receive young European researchers, especially at post-doctoral level, for training in an EC country other than their own. At the same time, a call to individual researchers is open on a continuous basis, with first selection rounds in August and November 1992. - Scientific and technical cooperation networks: Commission support for networks of research teams and laboratories linked around a scientific project or theme. The deadline for submissions for the first selection round is 3 July 1992. - Large-scale scientific and technical facilities: Access for Community researchers to large-scale scientific or technical facilities that already exist in the EC, in particular to provide advanced training opportunities. Proposals must be submitted by 3 July 1992, accompanied by expressions of interest from potential users. A second call will be published with the list of selected organizations and will aim at obtaining joint equipment-user proposals. - Euroconferences: Support for organizations, scientific associations or learned societies organizing high-level meetings for debating the latest work undertaken in advanced scientific or technical areas. This call is open on a continuous basis, with the deadline for the first round of selection set at 3 July 1992.
