Deliverables
This deliverable will rank all hardware options that can collect real-time data from building products that the Auto-DAN partners and external smart technology providers will potentially provide. Hardware will be ranked by their cost-effectiveness, user-friendliness non-invasiveness, product quality, lifetime, as well as the ability not to effect the existing warranties of building products.
Business cases for different hardware strategies presented to end-users (opens in new window)These business cases will demonstrate the value of the AutoDAN concept and give the stakeholdersusers transparent insight into the technologies that will be deployed within their building Business cases are to be presented to endusersstakeholders This deliverable can also be used for replication
Quarterly publication of the Auto-DAN project (opens in new window)A quarterly publication that will focus on increasing awareness and acceptance of the project for stakeholders end users and future adopters of the AutoDAN outcomes This will be done through dedicated knowledge transfer activities and all publications will be reviewed by all project partners before being disseminated and stakeholders will be encouraged to make additional media publications about the project This periodic deliverable will also help engage other RD projects through the consortiums extensive RD professional networkThis deliverable is first due in M9 then will be published every quarter until M48 until a final publication will be produced
This deliverable will set up a visual identity and guidelines for all external communication for Auto-DAN. Included are default templates for Word, Powerpoint, etc. and a set of default texts about the project. Dissemination material will be designed to communicate the fundamentals of the project such as a website and flyers. This material will be used by all parties to describe the project and it will be translated in the local languages of the participating EU countries. A website and social media platform will be set up and actively updated.
Occupant survey created (that includes Time of Use survey and occupant feedback) (opens in new window)An Occupant survey will be created and distributed to the residents (via Survey Monkey or similar) to gauge their needs, to enable the resident to provide the project team with information about their building. The results of this will also feed the UX designs in T4.2.
A web browser dashboard will be created by IES RD to enable the enduser to assist in T31 by providing physical information about their building overcoming potential technical barriers This deliverable also aligns with the codesign ethos of the project
