1st update of the Data Management Plan (DMP) that was be developed as a support to the data management life cycle, specifying how data will be collected, processed, monitored, catalogued, and disseminated during the project lifetime. This DMP aims at ensuring the compliance of EuroSheep with the H2020 Open Access Policy and will detail how the project will be connected with the EIP-Agri and what standards will be used. This document will be updated on a regular basis. Regarding the compliance with GDPR policy, a map of personal data will be done at the beginning of the project as well as the associated risks. Then some process will be set up to make sure the consortium complies with the regulations. Finally the necessary documentation will be created to show how the consortium is acting. It could be part of the DMP.

"The resulting innovative knowledge and easy accessible end-user material from this project will feed into the EIP-AGRI (The agricultural European Innovation Partnership) website for broad dissemination. The end-user material to be produced contains a substantial number of summaries for practitioners in the EIP common format (""practice abstracts""), including the characteristics of the project (e.g. contact details of partners, etc). A full package of practice abstracts will be produced by the project, containing all the outcomes/recommendations which are ready for practice. A practice abstract is a short summary of around 1000-1500 characters which describes the main information/recommendation/practice that can serve the end-users in their daily practice. Guidance and templates for these practice abstracts are available on the EIPAGRI web site: http://ec.europa.eu/eip/agriculture/en/content/eip-agri-common-format . A total target number of 50 practice abstracts is foreseen for the project. Half of them are expected to delivered in the first batch"
