D2.1 Service framework

This deliverable contains the general description of the service framework the approach policy alignments and the service lines

D3.5 Training handbook

A short document to be used as a guide by local pilot partners for the effective training of the local stakeholders in implementing the pilot and recording results

D3.6 Training report

This deliverable will describe the results from the implementation of the training activities for users and end users including training material and evaluation outcomes

D5.1 Initial dissemination and communication plan

This deliverable will provide the elaborated campaignbased communication and dissemination plan identifying target audiences key messages channels and tools Furthermore the establishment of contact with the Entrusted Entities will be reported

D5.2 Report on training activities

Report on training activities in relation with partners young scientists capacity building ie the dedicated webinars the technical meetings across the partnership and the short term visits

5.5 Final dissemination and collaboration report

This deliverable presents the dissemination and collaboration activities until the end of the project

D4.5 Alerting module

This deliverable reports on a the mobile application used by the water utilities for registering events related to the water quality of the lakes b the techniques for retrieving and filtering end user information from social media platforms ie Twitter and c the data mining and statistical techniques that will allow the interconnection of the data gathered by the aforementioned ways in order to draw some general conclusions on the water quality and how it is perceived by the end users
