Periodic Reporting for period 1 - GridTIMES (Electric distribution grid identification based on complex network theory using GIS information and limited grid monitoring and smart metering)

The project aimed at providing a complete picture of low and medium voltage grids using grid documentation and different monitoring data. Due to early termination of the project, the goals are not completed. So there is no publication.
The ER trained with standard data schema and data models, i.e. CGMES.
Different distribution grid state estimation methods were reviewed and analyzed in detailed for possible implementation.
However, due to the early termination of the project the methods were not developed.
