Deliverables

ICT SMART EPC concept draft (opens in new window)

Smart EPC concept will contain technology output specification based on the know-how of knowledge partners, literature review and specific national examples. It will be adapted to include value proposition, implementation mechanisms, cost of energy and non-energy technology/services and possible revenue streams as well as specific pilot requirements.The report will be regularly updated in M12, M18, M24 and finally in M36.

Dissemination and communication strategy (opens in new window)

The strategy will describe objectives, methods, messages, tools, audiences and channels to be mobilised. It will include a digital and social media strategy to guide online activities, a media strategy to promote project on various written and audiovisual media, and a stakeholder engagement strategy to establish dissemination partnerships. The strategy will be regularly updated in M 6, 18 and M36.

The outcomes of the stakeholder workshops will be collected in a report.

Overview of pilot applications (opens in new window)

The final Smart EPC concept applications in the selected pilot areas will be consolidated in this report

The final publishable report contains the main outcomes of the project.

Factsheets (opens in new window)

Factsheets will contain the comparison and evaluation of different approaches in easy-to-read format based on the analysis of the technology readiness level, attractiveness and barriers of existing technologies, customer and competitor landscape, costs, framework conditions, the legal framework, etc. The factsheets will be updated with new findings after the start of the pilot adoption.

Report on Real-life test of Smart EPC concept (opens in new window)

After implementing public procurement tender for respective pilot projects (organised by the cities in national languages), this report will contain the results and findings of the finalised tender process.

Case studies (opens in new window)

Case studies will contain information on specific national and international examples together with information available from demonstration projects applied in other countries City of Zagreb and City of Santander

Handbook on Smart City and other ICT technology in EPC (opens in new window)

Results of the WP2 will be encapsulated in the Handbook to allow for easier dissemination and usage in training events and stakeholder workshops. The report will be regularly updated in M12, M18, M24 and finally in M36.

Standardised Smart EPC contract and tender docs (opens in new window)

D3.2 – REGEA – R – PU – (M18/24/30/36);Standardised EPC contract and tender documentation will contain contract structure, necessary general and specific stipulations in the EPC contract (stipulations which are especially relevant for Smart City aspects and ICT technology as well as for refinancing of EPC), technical requirements in form of output specifications as well as related payment mechanism which is relevant for the growing offer and up-take of services especially those that have potential to generate revenue. The contract and tender will be developed in English, regularly updated based on the received feedback, customized and translated into the national languages of the pilots, where relevant. The documentation will be regularly updated in Months 18, 24, 30 and 36.

Standardized SMART EPC concept documentation will consist of Standardised Methodology for detail energy audit of public lighting and Methodology for selection of lighting classes according to CENTR 1320112014 Web based Analytic tool for assessment of reconstruction potentials and financial modelling and the template of the Public lighting reconstruction Action plan

Smart EPC brand strategy pack (opens in new window)

Smart EPC concept brand strategy pack will include a brand story covering the tagline positioning and value of Smart EPC concept The brand strategy will also develop a strong visual identity including logo icons typography and colour palettes

Evaluation and adaptation report (opens in new window)

The suggestions for the improvement of the developed Smart EPC concepts, tools and services based on the feedback received at various levels will be collected in D4.7 Evaluation and adaptation report (M36).

Report on the activities undertaken under task 5.5 and its results.

Adaptation of Smart EPC standardized documentation (opens in new window)

Specific pilot requirements, which exist in partner cities and municipalities, will be analysed and gaps will be identified related to their application in Smart EPC concept/standardized documentation and this will be reported in D3.3 Adaptation of Smart EPC standardized documentation. Adaptation of standardised Smart EPC contract and tender documentation will be based on specific pilot needs and will include specific energy and/or non-energy related services.

ICT technology and market assessment report (opens in new window)

Results of the literature review and hands-on expert experience will be presented in a cross-country and trans-disciplinary comparison together with the case studies, SWOT analysis and lessons learned from the results of the qualitative data collection. The report will elaborate on the different perspectives of stakeholders and targeted markets. The report will also include conclusions on the needs and suggestions for the scope of the ICT technology or possible additional revenue streams from energy and non-energy related services. The report will be regularly updated in M9, M18, M24 and finally in M36.

A Data Management Plan will be developed at the beginning of the project according to the H2020 guidelines describing the data management life cycle for data to be collected and processed as well as generated within the project ie storage treatment etc and the Data Management Report will contain the Data Management Plan and it will be regularly updated
