This report provides ideas and advice to public authorities (local/regional/national) on policy frame directed to Local Energy Coalitions development and scale in order for them to support and expedite the local energy transition.
Integrated Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plans of 2ISECAP Municipalities: Leon, Karditsa, Ljutomer, Tartu, Thun and Padova (opens in new window)This report provides the Integrated SECAP plans of the municipalities involved or support the project in the template provided by the Covenant of Mayors accompanied by an extended executive summary on the plan, its impacts and the approach applied for the plans development including also the results of the review performed on their existing SEAPs/SECAPs. The ISECAPs may be reported in the national language (i.e. the template of CoM will be completed in the national language); however the extended executive summary will be in English.
2ISECAP Scale: Events & Concluding Remarks (opens in new window)This report will compile the minutes of all the awareness events and bilateral meetings developed in the framework of 2ISECAP scale activities. A concluding remarks section will be provided synthesizing the feedback obtained during 2ISECAP awareness campaign.
