Recommendations for action to improve the legal framework

Policy documents and recommendations will condense the research and will point out how energy efficiency investments in HOAs can be further supported by political framework conditions. Recommendations refer to the current framework conditions on both regional and federal level and their effects on the HOAs’ readiness or willingness to invest. VDIV and DENEFF will address the respective stakeholders on the political level in order to appropriately distribute these policy documents (M25, language: German, Emglish summary).

Communication and Dissemination Plan created

The task of stakeholder management is to consider and integrate the interests of the various stakeholders appropriately. Summary Report

Summary Report on findings and recommendations from the workshops for EER in HOAs (with minutes, photos, presentations, list of participants, etc.). This report also includes a first feedback from the stakeholders. With respect to aspects on construction, legislation and communication, the report will also point out innovative elements of the best-practice financing instruments which were not selected and can be further analysed in WP 5. So-called personas (target group description) will be designed in preparation for benchmarking best practices in work package 4.
