Strategy on sharing digital infrastructures and platform (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

The Alliance members will work together to share their digital research infrastructures and create a shared platform to pool their expertise, data, and resources. The goal is to promote scientific and technological cooperation regardless of borders. First, any legal or regulatory barriers that may prevent scientific and technological cooperation will be identified. Next, we will determine the specific requirement for sharing infrastructures and resources among the alliance. This will include access to date and information, as well as the ability to customize offers. Finally, the alliance will develop a strategy for sharing digital infrastructues that support open science, data, and innovation. This will allow the alliance members to work together more efficiently and effectively towards their common goals.

Research and innovation action plan and porta (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

First, a gap analysis will be conducted to ensure that the R&I action plan and portal are aligned with the map of the state of the knowledge and desired end-points in technological developments drawn in NTEU. This will identify areas where R&I initiatives are needed. Once this is addressed, the key actions that need to be taken will be defined. These actions will be aligned with the values, mission and objectives of the NTRI agenda, and will be designed to help achieve the desired end-points in technological developments. With the key actions defined, a roadmap for how they will be implemented will be developed. This will include timelinse, milestones, and specific tasks that need to be completed to achieve the desired outcomes. To promote implementation, the portal will be created to facilitate collaboration and information sharing among stakeholders, as well as to provide access to resources and tools that support R&I initiatives. This may include features such as discussion forums, project management tools, and data repositories. To promote implementation, stakeholders will be engaged, the portal will be promoted and we will encourage participation in R&I initiatives.

Neurotech Graduate school: framework and infrastructure (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

The framework and infrastructure for the Neurotech Graduate School will provide co-tutelage training to top-flight researchers in an international, multidisciplinary and intersectoral setting. Each junior researcher will be supervised by a team of three highly qualified scientists/researchers. Two of the supervisors will be faculty members in participating universities. The third supervisor will come from an associated company. Each researcher in the graduate school will work on a Neurochallenge, i.e. societal challenge that can be met by neurotechnological knowledge and solutions now and in the near future. Furthermore, once the framework and the infrastructure for the Graduate School are developed, it will serve as a test-bed for implementation and iterative improvement of the joint strategy and action plan.

NeurotechRI shared technology transfer strategy and portal (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Developing a NeurotechRI shared technology transfer strategy and portal will be a set of tools and resources designed to help the alliance to transfer their technologies and research outcomes into practical applications that can be used by the society. This can include technology transfer services, intellectual property and patent services, innovation support staff and start-up incubators. The implementation might result in creating partnerships between researchers and industry partners, developing licensing agreements, and leveraging existing networks to facilitate technology transfer. The portal will be a web-based platform that provides access to the tools and resources needed to support technology transfer within the Alliance.

Innovation Strategy development framework and portal (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

This deliverable will develop a framework and portal for the innovation strategy that consists of a set of tools and resources designed to help the alliance create and implement their innovation strategy. The goal of the advanced RI activities is to connect fundamental and applied brain sciences in order to develop new technologies for studying brain and behaviour, as well as diagnosing, preventing, and treating brain disorders to promote mental health. The framework will include a series of steps that guide the alliance members through the innovation process, from ideation to implementation. The portal is a web-based platform that provides access to various tools, resources, and information needed to support the innovation strategy. The alliance will test this cooperation scheme in the graduate school, making adjustments as necessary to improve the process. Once perfected, the alliance will have a succesfull joint research and innovation strategy that can be used among the dimensions of neurotechnology. This will help researchers to work together more effectively, promote innovation, and achieve their common goals.
