DYNAMIC INFORMATION MANAGEMENT APPROACH FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CLIMATE RESILIENT ADAPTATION PACKAGES IN EUROPEAN REGIONS

An update report that describes and updated version of the framework for communication, collaboration and dissemination (T7.1). Built on D7.2

Assessment of the capacities of multi-level policy and governance institutions (opens in new window)

D13 is a public report delivered in month 12 that will provide information and make an analysis of the capacities of the different policy levels and governance institutions targetedD13 will report on the streamlining of the cooperation between a wide number of policy and governance stakeholders ensuring IMPETUS framework is workable in multiple governance levels Results from T13 on the initial assessment of the role and effectiveness of local and regional RKB from a governance perspective and will provide feedback to T12 to ensure an inclusive and transparent cocreation approach with multilevel governance stakeholders able to embed multilevel governance requirements into socially relevant coherent and comprehensive climate adaptation pathways The results of the assessment D13 will be presented in a way that the specific roles of all multilevel governance actors can be easily and effectively replicated not only in the distinct biogeographical regions of Europe but also can contribute to a global implementation of strategies such as the UN SDGs and EU Policies and Strategies which form part of the Twin Transition to a Green Economy and a Digital Economy DR13 will also cover the assessment and validation of solutions demonstrated by the project in WP4 and WP5 and with WP7 will contribute to generate knowledgeexchange opportunities and training materials for addressing international interregional and intermunicipal institutional fragmentation

Co-creation process in Demo-Site (opens in new window)

D1.2 is a public report, delivered in month 24 and then again in month 48 that will describe the co-creation process with stakeholders in the different DSs. T1.2 will provide guidance and support to lead partners and stakeholders in the DS to ensure their effective contribution to the project. To this purpose EUT will design a guidance based on its Consensus Methodology aimed at supporting the design and implementation of stakeholder co-creation activities including workshops and actions for the design of solution implemented in WP4. The tools provided within WP2 and WP3 will be assessed, revised, and used during the project to refine the co-creation approach. Furthermore, results of activities in T1.2 will feed into the report and will also support stakeholders engagement for multi-level governance assessment and implementation activities in T1.3 in alignment with WP4. The output of T1.2 is an engagement approach for the project that will prove accessible, practicable, comprehensive, and replicable in diverse RKBs in demo-sites and beyond. ESCI will provide support as WP7 leader to ensure coordination with exploitation, impact and dissemination activities.

D11 is a public report delivered in month 12 corresponding to task 11 It will contain a mapping of the identified stakeholders their participation and engangement in terms of role and potential contribution to project activities This feeds into a database for the DS It will also contain a description of the engagement plan with speficifities for each participating region It is linked to activities in task 73 and will provide a framework for activities in WP3 and WP4 using tools developed in WP2

A report that includes the methdology to elaborate the adaptation pathways including the process, the criteria and the subsequent guidelines.

Assessment of baseline conditions of DSs (opens in new window)

A report to describe the initial conditions of the demo sites including the status quo of available RI innovations targeted to the challenges and local context and the prerequisites design and concept for implementing the solutions will be specifiedKPIs to measure the impacts reached by implementing the solutions will be described in this report
