Software Framework, incl. Citizen science ontology, open-source web-based editor, RESTful services. This deliverable combines a list of offerings such as the software framework and citizen science ontology but also will ensure the delivery of the implemented RESTful services as it will derive from T3.4. Three iterations will follow depicting the ameliorated versions of the offerings. Version 1.

This deliverable entails BOTH the delivery of the first version of the project website and an accompanying report that will detail the website description, menu structure of the ILIAD project website, governance, etc The site will serve the web-based dissemination to ensure the awareness creation and empower the communication strategy.

This deliverable will be the initial version of the report on engaging key stakeholders on issues related to ILIAD DTOs policy impacts

The regulatory landscape, gaps and challenges

This report will provide an overview of applicable legislation on the EU level and national implementing legislation in a number of representative countries Special focus was devoted to detecting gaps overlaps or contradictions within the current legislation either at European level or between the national level and the EU level This desktop analysis will be made in order to show the layout of the current legal landscape and to identify if the new technological solutions proposed in ILIAD will present special advantages andor challenges given the state of the applicable regulation

Capacity Development Needs Assessment Report and Roadmap (Activities Plan)

This report details the capacity development management cycle the needs assessment conducted to consider the diversity of skills needed to codesign set up and operate the pilots as well as the roadmap of the activities planned This deliverable will be a living document so internal versions will be prepared and shared with the consortium partners

ILIAD outreach, dissemination and communication plan Version 1

This report will include the communication dissemination and liaison plan to be followed within the project including the plan for the engagement activities related to collaboration with other projects and workshops organized to discuss disseminate and demonstrate results Two versions will be released contractually It will be a live document iterated and distributed internally according to the project needs and communication planning if needed every year Version 1

Pilot site Monitoring Conceptual Framework

This report entails the conceptual framework produced for each pilot consistent with the overall ILIAD architecture and Green Deal Objectives for local DTs defined in WP1 The report will specify the parameters to be measured the data sensors to be used the collection and the flux of data to the platform This deliverable will act as the conceptual backbone of the monitoring approach and system ensuring the common understanding The Conceptual Framework will also define and document the monitoring methods best practices and standards that will be a core part of the data acquisition actions for novel sensors and data management
