Les sept prochaines années d’innovation révolutionnaire
Le Conseil européen de l’innovation (CEI) encourage l’innovation révolutionnaire avec un potentiel de mise à l’échelle au niveau mondial. Il soutient également les défis stratégiques liés à la technologie et à l’innovation conformément au plan stratégique du programme Horizon Europe. Dans ce contexte, le projet ACCESS2EIC, financé par l’UE, incarne une action de soutien et de coordination de sept ans destinée à s’appuyer sur les bases posées par les précédents réseaux de soutien du CEI. En ce qui concerne le programme-cadre Horizon Europe, le projet autonomisera les points de contact nationaux (PCN) désignés au titre du nouveau programme Horizon Europe, du CEI et de l’initiative des écosystèmes européens de l’innovation. Le projet améliorera le professionnalisme et les compétences des PCN en Europe. Il partagera également les bonnes pratiques, encouragera la coopération transnationale et améliorera la norme générale de soutien aux candidats au programme.
Objectif
ACCESS2EIC is a 7 year coordination and support action which builds upon the foundations laid by previous EIC support networks and in line with the new Horizon Europe Framework Programme. Access2EIC aims to empower National Contact Points that have been nominated under the new Horizon Europe - European Innovation Council and European Innovation Ecosystems, and facilitate cooperation amongst NCPs to provide enhanced service across Europe. Specifically, the proposed network aims to:
(1) Improve professionalisation and skills of NCPs across Europe which in turn will help to simplify access to Horizon Europe calls, lowering the entry barriers for newcomers, and raise the average quality of proposals submitted particularly for women entrepreneurs and in widening countries;
(2) Identify and share good practices, promote trans-national cooperation and raise the general standard of support to programme applicants, taking into consideration the novelties under Horizon Europe, the third pillar and the various stakeholders within the EIC-EIE;
