Annual plan 1 for development and deployment of all activities and responsibilities (M2)

An annual activity plan will be developed including Data Management Plan (DMP) (D2.1 and D2.2) to coordinate all activities (e.g. mappings, training, transition labs, platform events) and responsibilities (WP Leads and Core Country) over time.

This deliverable is the second iteration of the annual activity plan will be developed including Data Management Plan (DMP) (D2.1 and D2.2) to coordinate all activities (e.g. mappings, training, transition labs, platform events) and responsibilities (WP Leads and Core Country) over time.

Concept for a transnational city mission alliance and exchange platform

A detailed concept for the Transnational Cities Mission Alliance and Exchange Platform will be developed as D2.5.

Report – learnings from Core country prototypes and tests on multi-level governance approaches, and synergies between national and EU approaches on multi-level governance structures

Based on these insights VC will develop recommendations on improving the cooperation between national and EU level as well opportunities for synergies (D3.2.). Additionally, these insights will be shared with all core and supporting countries for the benefit of all in the city mission alliance in T2.3.

Co-designed capacity mapping template

An overview of the collective capacity of their multi-stakeholder ecosystem, its strengths, assets, responsibilities and capabilities to achieve climate neutrality (D4.1)

Reports on Ambassadors roles and related results

Report on how the project will support core countries to identity ambassadors and will facilitate exchange among national ambassadors.

Annual portfolio of learning material year 2

A summary of the portfolio of learning material will be delivered to the EC on annual basis (D2.3, D2.4).

Trainig materials on climate action MRV, modelling and innovation in impact assessment

Four Workshops held for core countries by ICLEI.

In M6, M12, M18 and M24 the project consortium has planned newsletters on the project activities, results and outcomes.

Mid-term Report

D1.1 Mid-term Report is a deliverable detailing on the progress of the work plan implementation and of the activities carried out in the first year of the project. The public version of this report will contain information on the progress of the activities carried out in the CapaCITIES core countries that might inspire other countries in their actions to support the cities in their fight towards climate neutrality.

A report on the taccelerated learnings with all relevant stakeholders.

Action plans submitted by core countries after a series of workshops where participating stakeholders will be equipped with supporting tools, knowledge of good practice approaches and skills.

Revised Data Management Plan (DMP)

A revised version of the DMP will be submitted by UEFISCDI in Month 22, after the project activities have been carried out.

Co-created Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation Plan

The Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation Plan (C&D&E Plan) will be co-designed with all core countries. The C&D&E Plan relates to the annual activities plan (D2.1, D2.2) and aims to improve alignment, and strengthening synergies with other European, national and regional initiatives. It will be updated across the project implementation.
