The report on the communication activities is the final deliverable, which will be used to report on the communication and liaison activities. D4.2 will provide a report and assessment of the communication and liaison activities during the previous period (and a complete list of activities for the whole project.)
D4.1 - Initial Communication and Liaison PlanA Communication and Liaison Plan will provide an analysis of audiences and available communication tools and formulate the overall communication and liaison goals. It will contain both a strategic and operational communication. The communication plan will include the plan for the stakeholder liaison, as well as for dissemination and exploitation of results, as specified above (i.e., for exploitation the possible uptake of project results).
D3.1 - Report on e-IRG Policy Activitiese-IRG produces policy documents taking into account contemporary developments and circumstances in a highly dynamic environment. The production of a policy document is a time-consuming endeavour, both for the involved e-IRG delegates, and the support project members. With respect to the flexible approach and devoted efforts, it is hard to predict the type and time of delivery for any of the e-IRG policy documents that will be produced during this project. Therefore, the deliverable for WP3 Policy Support will provide an overview on the policy document production in a particular timeframe. e-IRGSP7 will append published e-IRG policy documents as annex to the deliverables and, thus, submit them to the Commission and the project reviewers.
D2.7 Report on User SatisfactionReport on the user satisfaction the work of the e-IRTG Support Programme 7 project. The report will address the internal satisfaction of the e-IRG delegates with the support provided as well as the satisfaction of external stakeholders gathered at the e-IRG workshops.
Although the project does not produce research data as such, a data management plan has been included to summarise all the data that will be collected and analysed in the project. Any changes of the DMP will be reported in the Periodic Report.In addition, the 'ethics requirements' that the project must comply with are included in this deliverable. Thus, the type of this deliverable is OTHER, as it deals with both DATA and ETHICS aspects.
