A GitHub-based resource library to provide support on how to use the OMOP data harmonisation and analysis network in low resource settings. Further, it will provide a series of training modules for developing, analysing, and sharing FAIR data using OMOP, DDI-CDI, Schema.org and I-ADOPT in a federated research network.

It will be an evaluation report and updated version of the guidelines.
Chemistry Training package (opens in new window)How-to demonstrations and instruction templates on how to prepare and deposit chemical data, how to identify and extract chemically relevant metadata and how to validate chemical data.
This deliverable will cover a demonstration of verified, FAIR (meta)data exchange with selected, independent partners using extended and CODATA/RDA aligned ODIS-Arch profiles.
