Deliverables

Project website, logo, templates (opens in new window)

Templates for reports and presentations are created to convey a consistent message format and increase the recognition of the project and publishable marketing materials will be designed with the input from the whole project consortium. The project website will be hosted by NOVA’s own servers located in Germany. NOVA ensures the compliance with the latest guidelines for EU research projects and will meet the requirements for the WaterProof project.

A video of the overall objective of the WaterProof project will be produced, as it offers a good opportunity to present complex scientific content in a short and clear manner.

Final demo-unit commissioned at WAT-site (opens in new window)

The pilot installation will be placed next to WAT’s biogas plant in Amsterdam. The operators for the site, WAT will oversee the location preparation for the delivery and installation of the plant assembled at FRA’s workshop. The outcome of Task 2.2.2 will give the necessary information for the site preparation. In particular, they will perform the required civil works and prepare the utility connections with the hosting plant (e.g. instrument air, electricity connection, CO2 supply by connecting a gas line from the biogas separation plant (WAT) to the pilot facility, wastewater drainage, etc.). Furthermore, WAT will arrange the permitting necessary for the installation.

A joint dissemination and communication (D&C) plan will be developed in order to manage and coordinate the D&C activities of the project and provide tailor-made solutions for various target groups.

Intermediate report on Environmental Impacts (opens in new window)

The preliminary result of the LCA analysis which will be used by the project partners as a guidance to reach the sustainability targets of the project.

Report on qualitative societal research - data collection and consumer insights (opens in new window)

Knowledge about relevant factors towards the social perception of WaterProof processes and products in terms of social acceptance. A criteria list and recommendations for further communication activities about components within the value chain. A detailed stakeholder map, impact on environmental consciousness towards more green and conscious consumption, with recommendations for communication and public engagement.

Meeting plan inc all GA-meetings and workshops (opens in new window)

The EB, consisting of all WP leaders and headed by AVT, will meet every 6 months and will monitor technical progress. A GA meeting will be organized annually. Each WP-leader will be in frequent contact with Subtask-leaders to monitor progress and identify possible opportunities or issues. To monitor the quality of the technical part of WP reports and deliverables to be submitted to the EU and for the organization of specific technical meetings when necessary.
