The report describes and elaborates lessons learned from the pilot implementations and provides guidance on what to consider when implementing irecs recommendations in different higher education institutions and research performing organisations.

This report describes how the irecs training programme was disseminated and implemented and also outlines key lessons learned, considering especially cultural and institutional differences.
