Technology requirements are to be defined as per project goals. The system requirements and KPIs for e.g. H2 quality/yield, gas mix properties, will be developed through standards, inhouse discussions, references from past projects, SG members feedback and critically, they all have expertise on relevant defined indica-tors. For the demonstrations, different KPIs will be defined as per locale. For the software tools, KPIs will include for e.g. GUI, API interface, which will be used as evaluation method for future use and application. Ultimately, towards the demonstrations and commercial application, the documented requirements will be updated regularly based on progressive insight throughout project execution.

Project Handbook

AMB, as project coordinator (PC), acts as the main contact with the EC, arranging meetings when required and oversees the governance structure, manages the stakeholder group, advisory board, and the communica-tion methods and flows. This will be presented during the kick-off meeting and gathered in the project handbook for common understanding and follow–up. The handbook will contain among others: Governance and internal rules of the game, Gender Action Plan; Organizational structure & Internal communica-tions; Data Management Plan.

QHSE and regulatory document and standards

To maintain consistency in results, quality monitoring and process control is to be agreed up-on beforehand. AMB and appointed partners are to inspect the site as defined per standard document. To ensure consistency in conditions of testing reviewers will validate the test results and technical reports. The project handbook will cover quality control, potential environmental and safety issues in relation to each technology. Furthermore, each site will have an appointed EHS officer to check and enforce measures. An investigation in the existing standards, those under development and other standardisation activities will be done. Focus will lay in the standards that affect COG/BF operation, E-&Gas-hub operation and steel manufacturing using mix gas. Parallel with CEN, and supported by DIN, the needs for standardisation will be identified considering the limitations of the current application procedures and requirements for product approval in relation to the specifications and the conformity with standards and any other regulatory aspect. The outcomes will be a basis for stand-ardisation activities

Virtual Reality 3D video and Release project video

Best value-for-money communication expert will develop and release one Video News Release (VNR (short video news ±3 min.) designed for TV distribution)) for the project at M10 and M30, as means of exploring the solutions applied in the various domains (e.g. environment). VR integration of the solution and their ap-plication is to be explored for community engagement during workshops to better acceptance and understanding.

Project website and logo(s)

Website will be created and integrated with features dedicated to social network pages and video streaming facilities. Incorporated will be social media blogs with regular posts and updates for events. Project related content will be ever present and content mirroring with partner’s websites, the EC and cross linking with composite/plastic circularity websites for maximum dissemination efforts. Website will also be marketed through partners and SG members.
