Open Science intervention logic (opens in new window)
2-3 CBA case studies 1 (opens in new window)

The report will include 2-3 case studies, each showing the results of a cost-benefit analysis of selected open science practice. Specifically, each case study will be used to test the methodological framework described in D.4.1 and illustrates how it can be implemented.

Methodological note on the CBA of open science practices 1 (opens in new window)

The note will present the CBA framework specifically tailored to open science practices. In particular, it will include a description of i) typical costs ii) typical benefits by distinguishing whom they accrue iii) the most suitable methodology for their quantification.

A data driven methodology for reproducibility indicators (opens in new window)
Validated model of Key OS Impact Pathways and guidelines/recommendations (opens in new window)

This report will synthesise findings from across the project to present a coherent vision of Open Science Impact Pathways and present co-created multi-stakeholder policy guidelines and recommendations for future interventions to maximise these impacts.

Communication, Engagement and Dissemination Plan (opens in new window)

Guidelines for communication engagement and dissemination including but not limited to key messages main target audiences most suitable communication channels rules to be followed and a social media strategy a roadmap for engaging PathOS users a dissemination toolkit ie dissemination materials as well as templates to be used for presentations reports meeting and internal documents a public project website which will showcase the projects progress activities and results both to the scientificpolicy community as well as to the public at large via press releases news entries and blogs

Training plan (opens in new window)

Report on the users’ needs and actions to perform during the implementation of the project in order to train users.

Case studies for evaluation of open science impact (opens in new window)
2-3 CBA case studies 2 (opens in new window)

The report will include 2-3 case studies, each showing the results of a cost-benefit analysis of selected open science practice. Specifically, each case study will be used to test the methodological framework described in D.4.1 and illustrates how it can be implemented.

Key Impact Pathways for the open science framework (opens in new window)
Data and tools for the long-term evaluation of open science (opens in new window)
Data Management Plan (opens in new window)

The Data Management Plan DMP will outline how data will be handled during the project and after its finalisation and it will describe what data will be collectedgenerated what methodology and standards are used for metadata indication to which extent and how data can be shared andor made open what data quality standards are to be met and how data will be curated and preserved The DMP is a living document and it will evolve and gain more precision and substance during the lifespan of your project and will therefore be updated in Month 18

Data Management Plan Update (opens in new window)

The Data Management plan is updated consistently with the progress in the project's activities.
