Deliverables
A report produced under T5.3 and T5.4 defining the strategy and methodology of MainstreamBIO with respect to innovation and IPR management (Q-PLAN). The report will also outline plans and provisions for paving the way towards the smooth post-project exploitation and sustainability of the project’s assets (Q-PLAN), as well as it will present the initial business model and plan of MainstreamBIO (INNV).
MainstreamBIO Multi-actor Innovation Platforms (opens in new window)A report outlining the findings of the mapping exercise and the activities related to the formation of the MIPs, as well as their baseline operational model conducted during T1.1.
Dissemination and Communication Plan and Activities - initial version (opens in new window)A report elaborating on the strategy, plan, and actions to be undertaken under T5.1 with respect to dissemination and communication activities of the project. The report will also include specific qualitative and quantitative targets to be met by the respective activities of the project throughout its course.
Dissemination and Communication Plan and Activities - interim version (opens in new window)The updated version of D5.1 fine-tuning as appropriate the strategy, plan and actions to be undertaken under T5.1 with respect to dissemination and communication activities of the project. The report will also update, if necessary, the targets to be met by the respective activities of the project throughout its course.
Management and Quality Plan (opens in new window)A report produced in T6.1 outlining MainstreamBIO’s management structure, the roles and responsibilities of partners as well as the procedures for progress monitoring, quality assurance and project management. The report will also include a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) along with a schedule per task, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks as well as any responsible partner related subtasks.
Policy insights (opens in new window)A short report under Task 4.4 providing initial policy insights to facilitate the application of small-scale bio-based solutions in rural areas, based on results of analysis of current situation (under WP1), co-creation activities under Task 2.3 and desk research.
Report on context and needs of rural stakeholders (opens in new window)A report presenting the objectives, methodology and findings of the analysis conducted under T1.2. The report will profile each MIP focal region, synthetising the knowledge gained on farmers’ needs, perceptions and socio-economic contexts and framework conditions.
Practice abstracts - Batch 1 (opens in new window)This deliverable contains 10 practice abstracts, including the first batch of the MainstreamBIO material produced in the form of summaries for practitioners in the EIP common format, developed under T4.5.
Mapping of regional bio-based value chains (opens in new window)A report presenting the objectives, methodology and findings of the investigation of regional value chains conducted under T1.3. The report will present a mapping of the available biomass feedstocks, waste and residue streams, actors, processes, resource flows, and bioeconomy value chains in the project’s focal regions.
MainstreamBIO innovation support services - initial version (opens in new window)A report that will describe the initial version of the features, functions, and material required for the delivery of the MainstreamBIO innovation support services by the MIPs based on the outcomes of the co-creation workshop and the activities of T2.3.
Best practices for improved nutrient recycling (opens in new window)This report will outline the collection of best practices for improved nutrient recycling in the circular bioeconomy, complemented by the insights collected from the in-depth interviews and the pertinent activities under T2.2.
Catalogue of small-scale bio-based technologies, business models and social innovations (opens in new window)A report presenting the outcomes of the bibliographic review of small-scale bio-based technologies, social innovations and business models under T2.1.
MainstreamBIO web portal- initial version (opens in new window)A report describing the MainstreamBIO web portal
The updated version of the Data Management Plan. This version will build upon and update D6.2 to reflect any newly identified data that were collected / generated during the project as well as any changes in data previously identified and/or the methodology and plans of MainstreamBIO for sound and FAIR data management.
Data Management Plan - first version (opens in new window)A report produced under T6.3. The report will outline the data to be collected / generated during the project as well as the data management methodology and plan to be followed across their life cycle in order to ensure their sound and FAIR management in line with applicable legislation at national and EU level.
A document outlining the development, content and deployment of the initial version of the MainstreamBIO digital toolkit under T2.5.
