Deliverables
Developing Dissemination, Exploitation (Upscaling) and Communication Plan (D4.1) - using also the analysis of T2.2. The plan will identify what, when, why, to whom, how, where disseminate/upscale/exploit/communicate and who is in charge of such activities, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assessing measures proposed and procedures and tools for reporting activities. D4.1 will also map and analyse projects, initiatives and networks to collaborate with in order to increase Engage4BIO impacts (representing the basis for activities implemented in T4.3): it will identify topics and project’s outputs on which cooperation could be based on; entities to be engaged, categorised according to their public relevance and network owned; common benefits acquired thanks to each collaboration.
Guideline for hubs: (1) the theoretical framework, (2) map and gap analysis, (3) activity catalogues for education, knowledge gain and (4) innovation processes (opens in new window)Establish Guidelines for hub activities including: (1) the theoretical framework, (2)map and gap analysis, (3) activity catalogues for education, knowledge gain and (4) innovation processes
Collection of co-created innovative art-integrated formats and activities on education, knowledge gain and innovative governance (opens in new window)Addressing and finding ways of how to manage regional bio-based innovation processes and how to ensure inclusiveness and engagement of all actors. Good practice guidelines for local operators and innovation developers on innovative governance models supporting particularly balanced local potentials and innovation (in terms of economy, society and ecology impact).
Data management plan, Open Science and protection strategy (opens in new window)This deliverable will provide details on the data handling and clarifies the processing of data during and after the project and will describe what data will be collected, processed or generated (incl. methodology and standards), shared and/or made openly available, how it will be curated and preserved.
Mapping results: Potentials, attitudes and boundaries in five bioeconomy hubs (opens in new window)The good practices collected in T1.3 will be revised, adapted and co-created for the region's needs and specificities in the workshop. Output: guidelines for training and mentoring for the specific value chains in the hubs, supportingthe boosting of knowledge and skills useful in the bioeconomy, and in particular bio-based sectors. Results will be collected in D2.2 and established as Open Educational Resource (bioeconomy learning hub), for retain, re-use and adaptation in bioeconomy.
