Deliverables
A document summarizing existing tools that USAGE capitalized in order to acquire and process data for Urban Data Spaces and support the European Green Deal priority actions.
This deliverable will contain: (i) the analysis of the issues encountered during the USAGE implementation in the 4 pilots, (ii) the description of the solutions adopted to overcome the issues and (iii) a set of recommendations as referred to in the Task 5.3 description.
Tools deployment, test and feedback (opens in new window)A report of USAGE tools deployed and validated in the four project pilot areas. Feedback will be also collected in order to apply possible improvements and better widespread the tools outside the USAGE consortium.
Guidelines for policy co-design processes-first version (opens in new window)The deliverable presents the rationale, methodologies and governance models for the involvement of relevant stakeholders co-creation of policies that will specifically take place in the piloting activities. It also includes the results of the practical application of those methods in the form of prototypes of interventions.
Dissemination and Communication Plan (opens in new window)he dissemination plan, prepared by FBK, will contain all planned dissemination and communication activities and channels, with the indication of targets and timing. It will also contain a brand kit and the project visual identity tools like logo, tagline, website, project slidedeck, etc.
Learning by doing interventions-final version (opens in new window)The deliverable presents the learning by doing activities with multiple stakeholders including “train the trainers” formats for transferring new tools and methods.
Training package (opens in new window)The document will report the project activities related to the organized events in the pilot locations as well as the specific training to showcase USAGE tools for decision-making processes, societal engagement and achievement of EU Green Deal actions.
USAGE validation report (opens in new window)This deliverable will report the results of the validation activities executed in the 4 pilots.
Legal certainty through Linked Data report-final version (opens in new window)This report, delivered in two versions, describes the design, deployment, and usage of the linked data concept and infrastructure implemented in USAGE.
Innovative data products (opens in new window)5 levels of resources will be implemented: raw data, derived data, algorithms, decision support tools and automated decision-making systems. The idea is that the more computation, information extraction and knowledge provision the innovative data products will do, the less effort will be required to decision makers to take right decisions.
Project handbook (opens in new window)This deliverable will contain a brief description of the project, which will be useful for administrative purposes (project factsheet), and a project handbook with the main recommendations that have to be followed by all consortium members for internal communication, organization of shared repositories (for data, documents and software), and in general, any other project governance aspect. It will also include the summary of the project plan, deliverable list and milestones, to facilitate tracking during the project.
Needs, capacities, and opportunities at pilot level report (opens in new window)This report describes the status quo of data, licenses, and processing capacities at all pilot cities.
Learning by doing interventions-first version (opens in new window)The deliverable presents the learning by doing activities with multiple stakeholders including “train the trainers” formats for transferring new tools and methods.
Learning by doing interventions-intermediate version (opens in new window)The deliverable presents the learning by doing activities with multiple stakeholders including “train the trainers” formats for transferring new tools and methods.
Legal certainty through Linked Data report-first version (opens in new window)This report, delivered in two versions, describes the design, deployment, and usage of the linked data concept and infrastructure implemented in USAGE.
Guidelines for policy co-design processes-intermediate version (opens in new window)The deliverable presents the rationale, methodologies and governance models for the involvement of relevant stakeholders co-creation of policies that will specifically take place in the piloting activities. It also includes the results of the practical application of those methods in the form of prototypes of interventions.

Data Space prototype and report-first version (opens in new window)This report, delivered in two versions, describes the best practices for data modeling and serialization and the blueprints for implementation by WP4.
System Maps-final version (opens in new window)The deliverable includes a collection of opportunities, resources and priority areas linked to multiple policy frameworks

USAGE validation criteria (opens in new window)This deliverable will contain the list of the validation criteria and the validation procedures to be used in the 4 pilots.
USAGE innovative tools (opens in new window)A report of all new tools that USAGE partners realized in order to foster the utilization of environmental and climate data.
This deliverable will consist of an on-line tool to display the indicators used for the validation.
