Report on networking activities for widening the network (opens in new window)

This report will provide information on the activities carried out and the efforts made to expand the network beyond the project boundaries as described in T2.5. The report (M18) describes how a systematic exchange is to take place and how it is already being implemented in the first 18 months of the project. Furthermore networking goals for the further project duration are set. In the further course of the project implementation the report will be regularly (M36, M54, M78) updated and supplemented with implemented activities and reflections on these and the chosen networking approach in general.D2.13. is linked to T2.5.

Report on comparative analysis of AKIS in EU member states (opens in new window)

This report will include the results of a comparative analysis of AKISs in the EU MSs with a view of bringing practical information and benchmarks on AKIS types (e.g. national AKIS, regional AKIS, and local AKIS), governance models (i.e. centralized or decentralized), existing coordination bodies, policies, support strategies related to AKIS and other specific issues relating to the organizational and functional analyses of the AKISs.D1.10. is linked to T1.3.

Engagement Strategy (opens in new window)

The engagement strategy will start by developing a Plan of Action with a ‘who/what/when/how’ approach that will divide the Communication & Dissemination content into the different communication tools and channels for a maximum awareness raise. The plan of action will include activities to activate and engage with the multi-actor AKIS community, such as: the development of the social media engagement and growth hacking strategy, using main networks such as YouTube channel, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter; the development of quarterly newsletters and short videos presenting main objectives of the project and its progress and updatesD5.7 links to T5.3

Report on networking activities of AKIS (opens in new window)

The report (M18) will provide information on the implementation and operation of the AKIS CBs network (modernAKIS network) set up in T2.2 and plans for the further course of the project. The report will be regularly (M24, M48, M72 and M84) updated and supplemented with reflections on the networking activities and the there from resulting adaptation of the approach.D2.2. is linked to T2.2.

Compendium of how advisors can be intensively integrated in AKIS (opens in new window)

Periodic Compendia will be iteratively co-constructed, together with potential end-users, through a systematic collection of insightful solutions and practices, on advisory and ISSs (e.g. organizational models, training programmes and curricula design, selection criteria for CAP funding; use of simplified costs; methods and tools for quality assessemnts). Periodic compendia will be used for effective adaptation and put in practice through the capacity building activities and dissemination.D1.12. is linked to T1.4.

Framework, methods and instruments for successful AKIS Communities of Practices and an international AKIS CB network (opens in new window)

This deliverable will consist of a report bringing together 1) procedures for setting up the EU wide modernAKIS network as well as the national/regional Communities of Practice, 2) tools and methods for engaging and activating the different actors, 3) procedures for facilitating knowledge exchange and 4) criteria to monitor and assess quality networking according to practitioner/AKIS stakeholders` experiences and needs. This report will serve as input for the activities in T2.2 and T2.3.D2.1. is linked to T2.1.

Quality Assurance Plan (opens in new window)

The QA Plan will include the quality assurance strategy, the QA processes and corresponding templates for the partners to use throughout the project. D6.4. links to T6.2.

C, D & E plan Design and implementation of a detailed C, D & E Plan (opens in new window)

Communication, dissemination and exploitation strategy, target audiences and key messages, communication tools, activities, and channels, to disseminate the results of the project. Individual exploitation plans for each AKIS CB will be co-created, with a feedback loop from MSs’ CAP networks. Specific KPIs for C&D&E activities will be presented in this deliverable and all updates. D5.1. is linked to T5.1.

Conceptual and Methodological Framework for transformative AKIS journeys (opens in new window)

A report which will include: (a) the scope, purpose and the theoretical and conceptual background of the TAJs; (b) a description of the overall methodological framework for TAJs and actors, including approaches and methods for WP2, WP3 and WP4, and for capturing specific needs and feed further project’s developments; (d) M&E framework, methods and practical tools (e.g. indicators) for monitoring the functioning and co-assessing Member States’ AKISs. In M16 the deliverable will be updated based on the results of the reflexive exercises and feedbacks of the key AKIS actors.D1.1. is linked to T1.1.

Compendium of insightful new know-how and ready-for-practice solutions (opens in new window)

This Compendium will be constructed iteratively (along the period M12-84) through Periodic Reports and dissemination material entailing practice-oriented knowledge (new know-how, insights and practical solutions) on relevant topics that demonstrate how AKISs (governance, models, supporting interventions) and actors support the achievement of the CAP specific and cross cutting objectives, including the Green Deal and the Farm to Fork Strategy.D1.3. is linked to T1.2.

3 online modules in 24 languages for Task 3.1 available on demand (opens in new window)

These modules will be developed in conjunction with subject matter experts and end users. The objective is to provide a solid knowledge base for AKIS actors to engage with the basic concepts related to AKIS. Modules will be pre-recorded, translated and available to actors on a self-service basis through the modernAKIS website.D3.1. is linked to T3.1.

The video will present the cliff-notes of modernAKIS: its objectives, the network, the partners as well as interaction possibilities with the project. D5.8. links to T5.3.

Project Website - modernAKIS project website will be developed and launched (opens in new window)

Interactive website providing open access to the project information: activities, tasks, reports, publications, dissemination activities, training and communication materials. This website will display all the multimedia material produced in different activities of the project and will have the capacity to host the knowledge exchange infrastructure/platform.D5.4. is linked to T5.2.

Knowledge exchange infrastructure/platform (opens in new window)

Input from user research and results from T2.4 will serve as input for the development of a centralized open platform which will store all material collected to facilitate knowledge exchange among all AKIS actors, taking into account: (i) the database’s architecture and specifications (relational or non-relational), (ii) back-end technology and front-end frameworks, and (iii) maintenance and update plan. The platform will be developed in a way that will make it feasible for it to be “linked” to existing or future systems ensuring its sustainability, and will be embedded in the project website.D5.5. is linked to T5.2.
