Report on the progress of Action Plans implementation in Regional Hubs, summing up the networking and brokerage events they organize and participate, training sessions attended, coaching support from partners (WP4), usage of the actionable knowledge collected or developed (WP5), on-site and online meetings organized. This deliverable will be used to briefly report the practices abstracts created for the knowledge transfer, the specific recommendations and actionable items addressing different typologies of stakeholders from project activities. ITAB will produce the document with the contribution of the other partners.

This deliverable creates guidelines for Regional Facilitators and Hub Contact Points. It will compile information on how to implement a co-creation process engaging local stakeholders to identify, improve and adopt innovative bio-based business models.

D3.4 RuralBioUp lessons learnt (opens in new window)

This deliverable summarizes the facilitation and support the communication among all Regional Hubs, as well as the exchange of best practices and any other useful insights to feed WP4 and WP5 activities. An assessment of the organized events will allow to identify obstacles and success cases, provide feedback to fine-tune services provided under WP4,define good practices and lesson learnt to support sustainability of Regional Hubs and replication activities.

D5.4 RuralBioUp Regional Hubs' Long-Term Sustainability Strategies (opens in new window)

D 5.4. the outcome of T5.4., it summarizes strategies developed for each Regional RuralBioUP HUB and provides information to develop the already identified potential business models, how to mobilize networks, how to promote new opportunities (market demands, new biomass and need for new technologies)

D2.1 RuralBioUp Handbook for data mapping and assessment (opens in new window)

D2.1 RuralBioUp Handbook for data mapping and assessment: template to ease the collection of existing data and knowledge made available by previous EU projects and research results. The template will ensure the uniformity of information and data to be collected in T2.2, in order to ease their comparison, clustering and harmonisation within the RuralBioUp One-Stop Shop tool. This deliverable is linked to task 2.1.

D5.3 RuralBioUp Replication Manual (opens in new window)

This deliverable will outline practical instructions for RuralBioUp Followers and otherregional entities on how to replicate the RuralBioUp methodology and activities. It will present lessons learnt, best practices, case studies, critical issues emerged and solutions coming from the Regional Hubs, effects generated by RuralBioUP. The Manual willfollow a step-by-step approach, guiding the regional entities from the mapping of stakeholders till the impact assessment and the definition of a sustainability plan, validated by the involved institutions during the 2nd MML workshops of T3.4.

D4.3 Report on networking events (opens in new window)

This report describes the networking activities conducted during the first year of the project. It provides an overview of different tools used for carrying out events and activities, providing information on contents and participants.

D1.1 Management & Quality Plan (opens in new window)

The Project Management and Quality Plan will enclose all the required information needed to adopt smooth and efficient management of the project from the administrative and budgetary points of view. Through the revision of project progresses and reports to the EC the Management and Quality Plan will be implemented to all project procedures (data, reporting, dissemination and communication activities, etc.) in order to ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001 and 14001).

This deliverable describes the strategy and exploitation activities and summarises the beneficiaries' strategy and concrete actions related to the protection, dissemination, and exploitation of the project results.

Report on the mentoring, coaching and training services provided to Regional Hubs to support them in the Action Plans implementation, including the summary of the feedback collected. This deliverable is linked to Task 4.2
