Deliverables

Report on narrative presentation techniques (opens in new window)

To collect existing options for the narration and presentation layers we will conduct a systematic survey on existing narrative visualization and datadriven storytelling We will look at narrative visualization approaches in cultural heritage and history mediation fields and identify best practices and fed into guidelines for the tools of digital presentation as well as into workflow structure and use cases

Concept/Specification paper for narration & learning approaches (opens in new window)

Drawn from results of the survey in T6.4 and the consortium, we will outline solutions forthree narration approaches: (a) on-site interactives, (b) mobile solutions for on- and offsite-use, and (c) a virtual memorial distant learning solution. Each will focus on promising implementation opportunities, and on maximisation of aesthetic, emotive and hedonic qualities. The most effective and widely appealing designs will then beprototyped.

Social Media concept (opens in new window)

Based on an initial review of social media strategies developed by similar projects and the evaluation of current practices of the participating organization, we will develop and test a social media concept that corresponds to the main heritage data utilised in the project, connecting to virtual solutions and narrative approaches.

Online platforms established (opens in new window)

The project website will available containing all relevant information about the partners project and results The website serves as an accessible depository and focal point for communication and dissemination activities eg webinars brochures and will embedredirect to social media for live and direct engagement with interested target groups
