The aims of the report are three-fold: 1) to provide an (annotated) systematic overview of the existing data and research on gender and Covid-19 to help facilitating future research on the topic; 2) to describe the impact of the pandemic on gender equality and gendered outcomes (including gender roles and stereotypes using existing secondary data, as well as the survey data collected in T2.2; and 3) to discuss how public and political discourses around Covid-19 were gendered and used anti-gender rhetorics.
