Communication, Dissemination & Outreach Plan

The Communication, Dissemination and Outreach plan includes: Participating to intra- and inter-departmental meetings to present my research and to establish collaborations with academics and clinicians in the field of inflammation and cancer; Seeking podium and poster presentations at local, national and international conferences; Writing of Review together with the Host Supervisor and peer-reviewed research articles; Participating to outreach events organised by the University of Münster and the Centre of Molecular Biology of Inflammation; Communicate my research activities by promoting my research profile on the Institute of Experimental Pathology website.

Data Management Plan

Data generated in this project will be mainly imaging data, MALDI-MSI, spectral cytometry and omics data that will be deposited and made available upon reasonable request. In addition to image processing, graphical representation and statistical analysis will be performed. Data generated will be shared as research manuscripts that will be made available as pre-prints prior to publication in a peer-reviewed journal. In order to facilitate open science practices, findings will be disseminated through manuscript submission to scientific journals that promote open-peer review. Sequencing data will be made available in NCBI’s Gene Expression Omnibus. The OMERO suite will be used for sharing of large biological datasets, to allow data visualisation, organisation, analysis and sharing. All experimental data and associated protocols are stored in a dedicated server, where data generated by each researcher is organised in folders made accessible also to the PI.
